Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays in your order due to postal service problems are outside our control. We will do our best to get your order completed and shipped as quickly as possible to help eliminate further delays. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Various shipping options will be provided for you to choose the best option for your needs. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $59. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within a 20 mile radius. For orders under $25, we charge $5 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival and schedule a time.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 60 Bowen Street Berry, AL 35546 After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are available by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@inkfinitedesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on custom items.
