After your order has been placed a mockup will be sent. You will be allowed a chance to make any corrections that may be required to the first mockup. After the corrected mockup has been received you will be allowed one additional edit. (2 edits total). 

If you want additional edits, you will be charged a design fee of $10. 

Additional photos may be added to the design for a fee of $5. 

Orders are processed as they are received. We strive to finish mockups and edits within 48 hours of receipt and process the completed order 5-7 days after the final mockup has been approved. 

If you need your order by a certain date we ask that you indicate this in your order comments. Expediated Processing is available by purchasing our rush order option at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your expediated needs but reserve the right to refuse the order if our current order volume can not accommodate your needs.
